The home was originally built on piles in the mid 1970's as a summer rental property. Short of a complete teardown, the existing beach cottage was stripped down to the framing and replaced in the style of a modern beach home. The new 2,200 sf renovation features a bright sundrenched open kitchen / living / dining plan spacious enough for entertaining and large family gatherings.
