Laurie Soave, AIA
 

Prior to becoming Principal Architect at BellSoave Architects, Ms. Soave worked for over 14 years at the firm of Bruner/Cott & Assoc. in Cambridge MA. As a Senior Associate she led project teams with attention to developing programming and design concepts on projects emphasizing new architecture, historic preservation, adaptive reuse, and sustainable design. Her strong leadership included negotiating contracts with owners and consultants, mentoring staff, advising clients on new technologies and materials, assisting in state and city regulatory meetings, monitoring budgets and implementing design solutions. She has led diverse projects from initial proposal to occupancy closeout, demonstrating strong competencies in design, business and financial management. She assisted clients with understanding their needs through a multitude of presentations of environmental and feasibility studies.
